July 2008

The hot summer has really settled in on the Las Vegas Valley with triple digit temperatures throughout June. Lots of water and a canopy for shade are the key to surviving the summer car shows.

Our Grand National is less than a year away. Everyone in the Las Vegas Region is encouraged to participate in what will certainly be the biggest and best Cadillac show ever in Las Vegas. Feel free to approach John Bergler with your offer to help.

The 2008 Cadillac Grand National will be held August 12-16 this year in Cherry Hill, NJ. A number of Las Vegas Region members will be attending. If you’ll be at the Cherry Hill event, make sure John Bergler is aware so he can coordinate our information gathering efforts.

Findlay Cadillac has agreed to sponsor the Club for another year. This makes five years of uninterrupted sponsorship. On behalf of all of our members, I’d like to thank John Saksa, Pat Wall and Findlay Cadillac for their ongoing support.

Note: The August monthly meeting will be held the first Thursday in August (8/7) vs. the usual second Thursday. The meeting date was changed because the 2008 Grand National in Cherry Hill, NJ will be held in the second week of August.
